And while ChatGPT is pretty helpful, there’s still no substitute for having a real person in your corner. Besides, ChatGPT ain’t got nothing on me!

Individual therapy provides a collaborative and personalized space to deepen self-awareness, process life’s challenges, and strengthen emotional well-being. My approach is rooted in authenticity, trust, and helping you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your daily life.
EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is a specialized approach designed to help people process distressing experiences, trauma, and deeply rooted emotional patterns in a way that feels safe and supportive. Rather than simply talking through difficult experiences, EMDR helps the brain reprocess them so they feel less emotionally overwhelming and no longer hold the same weight they once did.

Therapy for teens focuses on supporting emotional growth, self-awareness, and resilience during one of life’s most formative stages. Through a genuine and collaborative approach, I help teens navigate challenges related to anxiety, identity, peer relationships, emotional regulation, family dynamics, and life transitions.
